Ep. 89: Bianca Edwards

Bianca Edwards Talks $5,000 Facials For Floyd Mayweather + Launching A Luxury Beauty Tools Line

Today on the Friends in Beauty Podcast I welcome Bianca Edwards to the Friends in Beauty guest chair. Bianca is a Los Angeles licensed esthetician who travels the world to educate others and grow her luxury beauty tools line, Beauty Done Right.

Bianca began her Esthetic journey in the 90s as a teenager. As an esthetic sales rep and traveling celebrity Esthetician Bianca has worked in almost every sector of health and beauty from the salon and spa setting, PR, and a private dermatology practice.  She’s most notably known for providing Floyd Mayweather facials, which helped to catapult her career.

Since starting Beauty EQ in 2013, Bianca continues to serve her esthetic community by providing professionals with advanced modalities and education to grow their spa practices. Beauty EQ has educated thousands of Esthetic professionals in the industry at all stages of their career. Bianca offers courses in micro-needling, high frequency skin imperfection treatments, & ultrasonic cavitation for body contouring and weight management.

In 2020, she launched Beauty Done Right, an inclusive luxury beauty tools brand. Bianca traveled throughout Asia and Europe to enhance her education of skincare and the design behind some of the most successful brands.

I had such a great time talking to Bianca! In this interview Bianca shares

-What is what like to be Floyd Mayweather esthetician + all about these $5,000 facials

-How estheticians can leverage their careers to grow in the industry

-The many business opportunities available outside of the salon space

-How she’s providing quality tools and education for the industry via Beauty EQ

-She also shows us some of her products from her luxury beauty tools line Beauty Done Right + shares her inspo behind the brand

-Skincare tips and so much more

Bianca is so dope and what I love the most is that she’s on a mission to bridge the color gap in the esthetics industry through education. This was such a good conversation. Let’s go ahead and jump into it with Bianca and if you prefer to watch then tune in on YouTube! Enjoy
